WESTON reiki

Hi my name is Lin I am a Reiki Practitioner in Weston Super Mare, North Somerset. I have a beautiful treatment room set up at my house. You will feel relaxed, comfortable and safe here.

Here is a bit of information about the art of reiki. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It is pronounced ray-key. You might also hear it called Reiki energy, Usui system of Reiki.

As a Reiki Practitioner I aim to charge and balance the ‘energy fields’ in and around your body to help you on a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level.

Reiki has truly helped me on so many levels, so much so I felt the need to train in the art in order to share what I have discovered to be so useful in my emotional development.

Reiki is a holistic therapy that is widely recognised. I practice a method that is mainly hands off, meaning I hover above the torso and only touch around your head, shoulders, arms and lower legs. You remain fully clothed and covered in a blanket ensuring your comfort and dignity at all times.
