Hello, I'm Lin, a Reiki Practitioner based in Weston Super Mare, North Somerset.

Let me share a glimpse into the world of Reiki. Originating from Japan in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, Reiki, pronounced as ray-key, is a healing practice often referred to as Reiki energy or the Usui system of Reiki.

In my role as a Reiki Practitioner, my focus is on replenishing and harmonizing the energetic fields within and around your body, fostering well-being on physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Reiki has been profoundly transformative for me personally, motivating me to delve deeper and obtain training in this art. My aim is to impart the benefits I've experienced in my own emotional growth to others.

Reiki is a holistic therapy widely acknowledged for its efficacy. My approach involves primarily hands-off techniques, with gentle contact limited to areas around your head, shoulders, arms, and lower legs. You'll remain fully clothed and comfortably cocooned in a blanket, ensuring your comfort and respect throughout the session.
